We welcome walk-ins, but If you prefer to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Emergency calls and appointments are always available and welcome. We make ourselves available to our patients 24/7.
Treatment Plans
Florence-Carlton Chiropractic utilizes a treatment plan that treats aggressively, meaning we try to get the patient better as quickly as possible. We do not have long-term care plans, as these tend to have large upfront cost to the patient with no guarantee that treatment will be successful. Dr. Todd performs a trial period of treatment, usually 2 weeks, and determines if his course of care will be beneficial. This reduces the upfront costs tremendously and insures that there will be a benefit to the patient before care is continued.
Financial
We except most insurance plans and submit the forms for you. Dr. Todd is more concerned about your spinal health, so we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. In fact, we will honor all other chiropractors advertised specials, just bring in their coupon or ad. Forms of payment accepted by the office are Insurance, Cash, Check, Mastercard or Visa.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice after the second incident.
